Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of deckaud.com and the related store, content, features, products, and services operated by DECKAUD (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced in them.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

2. Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, colors, measurements, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, materials, and manufacturing processes may cause minor differences in appearance.

Our stands and docks are designed for the speaker models identified on the applicable product page. You are responsible for checking the stated compatibility before ordering. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, speakers and other display accessories shown in images are not included.

Third-party brand names and trademarks are used only to identify product compatibility. They remain the property of their respective owners. Such use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update product information at any time. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you with appropriate options.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or payment authorization issues.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order or otherwise confirm fulfillment.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order where reasonably necessary.

4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency selected or displayed on the website and may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout.

Taxes, duties, or import charges may apply depending on your location. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be collected by the carrier or local authority in accordance with local rules.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 days after the order is placed. Estimated transit times after dispatch are approximately 7–10 days for Asia and 8–15 days for Europe. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

DECKAUD offers free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout. Full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk of loss passes as determined by applicable law and the delivery arrangements for your order. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact support@deckaud.com so we can assist.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Support

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Where a product page advertises a 7-Day Real-World Test, that test period is included within the 30-day return window.

The eligibility requirements, free return process, exclusions, refund method, and warranty support are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

To request an order cancellation or change, contact support@deckaud.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing or has been dispatched. If the order has shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies after delivery.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information;
  • interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Services;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, or automated systems that place an unreasonable burden on the Services;
  • scrape, copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit the Services or their content without authorization;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network; or
  • engage in conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, product designs, layout, and software—are owned by or licensed to DECKAUD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal shopping purposes. No other right or license is granted.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send us feedback, reviews, photos, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate the rights of another person. You grant DECKAUD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

We are not required to use or publish any submission and may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

The Services may include tools, payment options, integrations, or links provided by third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DECKAUD is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

12. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep the Services accurate, secure, and available, but we do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Any product warranty expressly provided on a product page or with a product remains subject to its stated terms. These Terms do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DECKAUD and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or products, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, DECKAUD’s liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify DECKAUD against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by DECKAUD.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information as our ecommerce platform. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where DECKAUD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If mandatory consumer laws in your country or region provide you with additional rights or require a different governing law or forum, those mandatory protections continue to apply.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support@deckaud.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

17. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here and any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase, form the agreement between you and DECKAUD regarding the Services.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
